ABOUT ME

Focused on practical IT, security and steady improvement.

I am a T Level IT student and aspiring cyber security professional with beginner practical experience in Python and web development. I am interested in how digital products are designed, built, tested and protected.

My current goal is to keep turning coursework and independent study into visible evidence: working projects, documented learning and safer technical habits.

MY JOURNEY

My growth over the years

2021

Explored architecture and design

My interest in creating things began with architecture and hands-on design. I worked on personal challenges involving 3D models of houses and estates, which helped develop my creativity, planning skills and attention to detail.

2022

Discovered web development

I first explored website building through WordPress and Elementor. This introduced me to page layouts and visual design before I moved on to writing HTML and CSS myself and learned how websites are structured behind the interface.

2023

Started learning Python

I began learning Python after deciding that I wanted experience with more than one programming language. I practised variables, decisions, loops, user input and error handling, then used those skills to create a command-line currency converter.

2025

Completed BTEC Level 2 and started my T Level

I completed my BTEC Level 2 in IT with a Double Merit in July 2025. In September, I progressed to the T Level in IT at Harlow College, where I began expanding my understanding of computer systems, networking, security risks and professional technology careers.

2026 — Present

Developing cyber security skills

I am continuing my T Level in IT at Harlow College and focusing more closely on cyber security. Alongside my course, I am building practical knowledge through TryHackMe labs and learning about Linux, networks, Nmap, Burp Suite and responsible penetration-testing methods.

PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT

Learning beyond the classroom

01

Personal development

Teamwork and communication

Working with other students on college activities has helped me become more confident when sharing ideas, presenting solutions and responding to feedback. I am continuing to improve how I communicate and contribute when working as part of a team.

02

BTEC and T Level coursework

Building practical IT skills

Through my studies, I have designed and developed websites, created Python programs and learned about computer systems, networks and security. These projects have helped me practise planning, testing and improving my work.

03

Independent cyber-security learning

Developing security knowledge

I use TryHackMe labs and independent study to learn about Linux, networking, Nmap, Burp Suite and responsible penetration testing. I am also preparing a safe home-lab environment where I can continue practising legally.

04

Microsoft Experience Programme

Exploring technology careers through teamwork

Worked with students and technology professionals on practical team activities, developing communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills. Feedback helped me improve project solutions and explore technology careers.
